SMOKING
This is a NON SMOKING property. This includes E-Cigarettes.
PETS
Pets are permitted at Sea Holly Beach House but only with prior approval. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all mess caused by their pet. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or in the bedrooms (unless provided throws are used). Any evidence of pets on furniture or in bedrooms may incur the withholding of the refundable fee. The owners of Sea Holly Beach House assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable damage deposit of £200 is required.
The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival.
The deposit is NOT applied toward the cost of your holiday; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
• No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bins, and all cutlery and kitchen items are cleaned.
• All keys are in the key safe and the house is left locked.
• No linens or towels are lost or damaged.
PAYMENT
An advance payment equal to 25% of the booking rate is required at the time of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the booking. The advance payment is not a security deposit. The balance of booking is due 60 days before your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS
If the guest pays the full balance on time, they receive a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund.
CLEANING FEE
A cleaning fee of £50 is applied at the time of booking and included within the overall payment amount.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons.
MINIMUM STAY
This property requires a two (2) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a house is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
INCLUSIVE FEES
Rates include linen, towels, electricity, gas, water and wi-fi. We suggest you bring beach / swimming towels.
GUEST DETAILS
The owners of Sea Holly do have a legal requirement to request details, names and address, of all guests over the age of 16. This will be requested prior to your stay.
PROPERTY RATES AND PRICING
Booking rates are subject to change without notice.
FALSIFIED BOOKINGS
Any booking obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS
Any exceptions to the policies mentioned above must be approved in writing in advance.
PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
TOILETS
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, nappies or wipes should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products, nappies or wipes have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to one hundred and fifty pounds (£150).
FAKE TAN AND HAIR DYE
We ask that guests do not apply fake tan or hair dye whilst staying at the property as this may cause damage to the towels / linen and may result in your damage deposit being withheld.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at the property
INSURANCE
It is your responsibility to take out adequate travel insurance and cover for the duration your trip.
